After 21 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force, I was looking for another challenge as I navigated life after the military. As an active duty member who lived in various states and countries, I know how critical a well maintained home is to a persons peace of mind. Our home truly is our castle!
While the skilled trades of plumbing, electrical & HVAC have been a male-dominated field historically, I found more and more women starting to join the trades industries. On September 15th 2004, the 1st official Women in HVAC/R conference was held in conjunction with Comfortech in St Louis, MO and I began to take notice that I wasn't alone.
At The Veteran Tradesmen, our first responsibility is to live up to our name! A veteran is defined as "a person who has had long experience in a particular field" or "a person who has served in the military". As a representative of both definitions, I understand not only what it takes to provide quality service in this industry, but also how critical it is to provide exemplary service in the Hampton Roads area. When our men and women are deployed, they need to have the peace of mind that their families and loved ones are well taken care of whenever household maintenance, repairs, or emergencies occur. And trust me, they will occur!
They can expect integrity first! That is the cornerstone of our core values. They can also expect technical expertise, exemplary customer service and unparalleled professionalism. We focus on ever aspect of the service we provide from how we answer the phone, to how we arrive at your home, and how we communicate with our customers throughout the process.
